I think a lot of people believe the infection rates are much higher than reported due to China underreporting SARS and trying to cover it up. Like a bad relationship, trust has been broken or whatever 🤷♀️
Oh! Also avoid touching your face such as your eyes, nose, and mouth! Cause that’s easy access to bacteria/virus 🦠
Also recommended to wear face mask to public places & avoid close contact with people who have symptoms. I personally think because it spread too fast that make it become dangerous. Hospitals can treat several cases at a time but not a hundred or thousand, and in Wuhan, China there are lots of people had been infected & their hospitals are overloaded with patients (had or hadnt been infected) which makes it much more difficult for them to handle the situation. And some Chinese, as i saw on the news, are very reckless which even cause the disease to spread wider. Example: 1. A woman has symptoms but took medicine so the fever went down & took a flight to France then showed off on social media about that🙈🙈 2. Another couple with 2 kids supposed to take a flight but because the kids arent allowed on plane do to symptoms they had, the parents left those kids at the airport & took the flight w/o the kids (this scene hasnt been confirm tho) 3. A man in China who has symptoms cant buy medicine due to lacks of medicine & equipment in China got angry at the staffs so he took off his face mask and cough directly at hospital's staff face😡😡 this is unacceptable in moral. Lucky he only has normal fever. It's not all the Chinese are like this tho but still, i recommend to stay away from them for now to protect ourshelves & other people😢😢 I'm blabbering too much now😂😂 With love💓
Idk. I was sick with all the symptoms that the Coronavirus has for like 2 weeks this month, and so was basically everyone I know. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Coronavirus. The whole "exhibiting symptoms" thing is a little vague, especially when it has the exact same symptoms as any other common cold. Or allergies 🙆🏻♀️ The CDC estimates 56,000 people die from the flu in the US alone every year. The Coronavirus is estimated at 170 currently. I agree that the news coverage on this is fear mongering. 🙆🏻♀️ I understand a need for awareness, and my heart goes out to those affected and their families. But really, all you can do is practice common sense.
Pretty sure WHO just labeled it a world wide epidemic, or a “global emergency” One of the two, idk I didn’t read the article
Because this strain of Coronavirus is stronger than flu and spreading more rapidly than it normally does. This strain just started its break out almost three months ago, whereas the flu has a whole 12 months on it to give statistics.
1. It sucks I've got multiple sclerosis and am on an immunosuppressant to stop it progressing, i.e. my immune system is pretty much completely dysfunctional 2. Good thing I live in Sweden though so that when I'm dying my hospital stay will be free 😌🎉💃🏻
I had a fever and a dry cough along with body aches. Luckily it was only the beginnings of a flu that I didn't get and it went back down to the common cold over night
Chances of you catching it in Sweden are p much nonexistent. Also my mom's immune system didn't work at all and she survived h1n1/sars/the flu/etc before she passed. Which is anecdotal but still. Donut worry
