^ This is likely the issue. Make sure you don't have any other activators in your showcase. I typically suggest not purchasing an activator until you're actually ready to activate the shards. Either way, forums is not the avenue to contact ATA. It's for community discussion. If you want to contact ATA, you do so by sending a help ticket.
