  12. Silencing is just a consequence. If you broke ToU, you'll have privileges revoked. Gifting is one of those privileges.

  15. I did. Just because gift messages aren't violated, doesn't mean you can't have your gifting privileges revoked for violating the ToU. 🙄 In no way is that contradictory of ATA.
