I've finally found a fake holiday that I can get behind! Happy National Pierogi Day! I'm making mine now. What kind of fillings do y'all like? I think I'm gonna make a batch with potatoes and cheese and a batch with sourkraut. I'll post pics later!
Thanks! I was looking for a reason to use my new pasta maker. I've made them in the past with a rolling pin, but it was a lot easier and more consist with the pasta maker. 10/10 would recommend purchasing a pasta maker
