They can only consult their logs. Only reoutable source. So if the log says nothing went wrong with your cash, they would have to assume ur lying. I would ask them to say how much they predict you should have, then show them if there's a discrepancy... So that they might be able to update their system if it bugged out. But yeah not too sure what else to do.
