Chat cool down

  1. In the main campus chat, there should be a 5 to 10 second cool down to avoid more spam and let other people's messages a chance to get seen.

  2. Marcie herself while in campus even mentioned not being able to keep up with things (granted everyone and their mother try getting ata attention as if it makes them cool¿) yet there’s been no change in it made so I’m not sure they really care or either haven’t yet introduced anything

  3. well they changed the speaker regen back to 5 speakers/hour instead of full regen :/
