Imma keep this short and sweet. I think presidents should be able to use these too (for cc sessions and such). Thoughts?
I have mixed feelings about this. On one end, I think presidents should be able to leave the club for the occasional cc session if they wish, but I don't think the club should be left without a presidential figure, if that makes sense? Like I don't think the president should be constantly dipping out to merc (regardless of whether it is for a session or not). Loyalty is important, and if people feel like their own president isn't loyal to the club, then why should they be loyal in return? In that sense, I like the traditional transferral of ownership to another admin (such as a VP) and then re-transferral of ownership upon the return of the actual president. But on the other hand, I understand it can be frustrating as an admin ー especially one as high up as the president ー to be left waiting at the door, or waiting for the admin you temporarily transferred ownership to to switch ownership back so you can return to performing admin duties to keep the club running. Tl;dr ー I don't necessarily support, but I'm not completely opposed to the idea. Perhaps if it was tweaked somehow I might be more into it. (Sorry to paragraph you :lol: )
I'm with Muschi on this. Great idea but the Pres deserves the punishment of waiting for their position back. Unless they just use an alt, aheh.
maybe a selected vp would be runner up? but i agree if pres is hopping and mercing all the time then they shouldn’t be pres ?
I don’t even like perms leaving cuz my club will always be cooler and more hip and have the best cookies so like why leave? Therefore I wouldn’t want to leave unless it’s like very end of hunt and I’m incredibly close to a tier I wouldn’t wanna and I wouldn’t like leaving my club even tho I have plenty of alts in various clubs and could hold my spot anyway or even run the club from a different account. Tbh I haven’t even given a single gold pass out because my club is almost always at 100/100 members and nobody leaves much :lol:
Side note, I love my club so dang much? and could write a book on why they’re so great so the fact that they stay actually makes the club better, whereas people leaving constantly just isn’t fun especially if it’s the president (me)
