  1. Do you hate conservatives? Do you hate liberals? Do you not care? Tell me your feelings. It has come to my attention that some ppl are hating others due to a largely irrelevant label they give themselves and I am curious about how much importance others place on it ty

  2. Fine, I'll be political by myself. Wednesday what are your thoughts on politics?

  3. I don’t care tbh. I think everyone is insane and takes things too far and we should all stop voting

  4. I don’t like republicans for the most part

  5. Indeed

  6. Um this is a private conversation but ig you can join. Why do u dislike republicans?

  7. Whoa, are you an alien observing our planet and species?

  8. Well so far they haven’t done anything good government wise, even worse education wise. And they make things favorable more for the white and rich than the diverse and poor.

  9. Soko thought she was an alien

  10. is republican the American version of conservative?

  11. What is this so called “soko” you speak of

  12. Yeah probably

  13. She's a singer. It's a song

  14. I personally identify as a socialist and would describe myself as being a little more radical than a liberal, but more open-minded than a lot of other socialists I've come across if that makes sense. I'm willing to compromise

I don't necessarily hate because of the label itself but some sociopolitical stances are immoral to me and I will be judgemental (to a certain extent) based on that

But I try not to assume you follow whatever you label yourself to a T ー I know a few anti-choice liberals, and I know of conversatives that advocate for gun control. So if someone tells me they're a conservative I'm going to try not to be too judgemental unless they elaborate on their opinions on the specific stances I have lined my definition of morality with

I won't say I never make blanket judgements though, but I'm trying not to cuz I did get hard into the sjw scene when I was younger and I'm trying to break out of that black-and-white thinking

  15. What sort of "radical" ideas would you say you have? And i get what you mean about not judging entirely based on the label people give themselves. Most people i have met, aside from extremists, fall kind of in the centrist spectrum albeit a bit left or right leaning, regardless of whatever label they gave themselves

  16. Well I am very critical of capitalism as an economic system (I don't want to label myself explicitly as anti-capitalist though because I am open to extreme reform to the capitalist system w/o completely overturning it to a socialist one)

And also a lot of the classic "liberal" stances but I find my criticism of capitalism as a viable system overall is what strikes people as the most radical, although that's probably because the U.S. is wholly entrenched in capitalism and has been spreading propaganda about socialism and socialists for decades. I've found that people from other Western countries aren't as taken aback by my socialist label as other Americans are

  17. I don’t hate either side, but I do find myself disliking extremists on either end or if people have (what I would consider) extreme and/or offensive opinions that I don’t want to associate with. Overall, though, if you have more conservative beliefs or liberal beliefs that don’t cause harm and aren’t extreme.. I don’t really care. I have different views that align with either side, though I find myself with more liberal/left leaning individuals since most people I interact with that are conservative have /all/ of their opinions being conservative and that can cause a bit of a rift if a certain topic is mentioned.

  18. I never understood why Americans were so against socialist stuff tbh. I told one of my ex gfs (who was american) that i liked the theory of communism and she flipped tf out, like I had just said the worst thing possible. Like, it was the hugest overreaction. Is there actually a lot of indoctrination and stuff in schools against socialism/communism in the states? Do elaborate if you can.

  19. Define offensive/extreme. I'm curious about where you draw the line.

  20. I find it to be a more extreme view (depending on the topic) if someone is 100% on one side or the other. I think a lot of issues nowadays should have a sort of mix and that the solution is somewhere in the ‘middle’.

Example; American gun laws/related issues. I don’t agree with nor really like people (mostly the opinion itself) who want whatever gun or handfuls upon handfuls of them for any reason they see fit. I also don’t agree with nor really like people (again, mostly the opinion) who think every gun ever should be destroyed and that no one should ever be allowed to have one or that people with one deserve bad things happening to them and such.

Something being offensive is just racist, sexist, etc. type opinions that I don’t want to associate with.
