private message keeps spinning

  1. Does anyone else have this problem??? I reset my phone and deleted the app and I still am having trouble with it.

  2. I suggest sending a help ticket. Let them know you tried reinstalling the app, too.

  3. I've been having the same issues wit chats.They be loading like crazy.
    I tried deleting and installing the app back,didn't change anything.
    So yes, your best bet is to send a help ticket

  5. You know the button you used to access forums? Tap "Help" instead of "Forums"

  15. What did you do??? It’s still going at it. I have a help ticket in for the app but ugh it’s annoying me.
