there's so many threads based on what to do when you're sad/ having anxiety, but what about when you're heated and about to virtually curbstomp a dummy? spoiler alert: breathing excersizes & being the bigger person don't work. no one's ever been arrested for being sad, being mad is a whole other field i don't know how to deal with. the office helps surprisingly, until the season where michael leaves.
I usually end up going to the gym. Running or lifting heavy things usually lets me force out some of the aggression and then I’m too tired to be mad
