Lycopene

  1. Lycopene is an antioxidant. It helps our body prevent damage caused by free radicals. That is why my favorite soap that i use on my face contains lycopene and a very high amount of mercury which is very effective in preventing acne formation and helps in lightening dark spots from the acne scars.

Lycopene is also good for the eyesight and heart. So if you are experiencing any heartaches and heartbreaks, I suggest you eat lycopene-rich foods like guava, papaya and TOMATOES! But... too much intake of lycopene is not good for you for it may cause skin discoloration. Don't worry, just don't drink 2 Liters of tomato juice everyday and you are safe.

Hope you learned something from this.

  3. Girl you gonna get mercury poisoning and turn into the Mad Hatter

  4. Huh, that's interesting. I eat tomatoes on a daily, but never bothered to look up the benefits, but that's good to know brah.

  5. similar thought after I read first post

  6. Mercury is extremely toxic. Like okay it might make your acne scars disappear but like... have fun with muscle weakness, dulled senses, and numbness in the extremities. It can even cause skin discoloration after prolonged usage.

Not to mention the psychological effects... :?

  7. This reminds me of an old technique they used to use for acne treatment:

    X-rays. ?

  8. Lycopene sounds like the sun. Just get outside more. It burns off acne, colours your skin, makes you healthier.

Fresh air improves your cognitive performance and allows you to think more clearly.
