Stupid or Sly

First off, this is my first forum post. Yay me... it’s kind of a rant, but kind of a “I can’t stop laughing.”

Anyway, today I encountered a jerk who requested things of me that I wouldn’t exchange to anyone anyway. He stated he would give me a bento. When I replied with “Get lost, kid” he clearly became offended. He proceeded to insult me by mentioning a particular feature that I have that pretty definitive. This means that person has seen me before. Stalker much?

I was annoyed so I screen shot the conversation and shared it amongst friends. They then decided to joke with him in a playful and not harmful manner - I.e. Adding him and calling him daddy because it’s in his title. He clearly cannot take jokes.

He has now contacted friends who have personally messaged me and threatened to farm me. Here’s where my title kicks in. This person has informed me that it is illegal to screen shot a conversation and share it without consent. He then pointed me to an article that states that it’s illegal to screen shot messages of a specific photo app that is popular. However, PIMD is not a photo app. He has threatened to call the police on me. I told him to go right ahead.

I can’t help but laugh, thinking about police beating on my door for sending a screen shot on my phone regarding a conversation on a game where there are 0 identifying factors.

“S3x_Metal_Barbie, you’re under arrest for sending an unsolicited screen shot from PIMD. I wasn’t given your real name though. Also, not sure how we found you either because he had no idea where you live.”

Now, I cannot figure out... is he stupid enough that he really believes that it’s illegal to screen shot conversations? Or is he sly and assuming I’m idiotic enough to believe this article from an unreliable website?

What does everyone else think? Stupid? Or sly?

Either way... please laugh, because this is ridiculously funny.

 

I forgot to specify that the person who contacted me later with the police call threat was not the same person who had asked me to reveal myself. I did block him after he insulted me.

 

Chill!!! Shhhh!!!! You are gonna get me arrested, man. C’mon. I’m a single mom! What am I gonna do? ?? Better call someone in child welfare... oh wait... ?

I will!! I have a few fish left.. I’m saving them for something good ️
