I've done the math 3-4 times now, if you go to the furni thread, and scroll down a ways, it tells you all the furniture's stats at lvl 10, you add em all up and multiply by 2 and than add on the furni that's unupgradeable you get around 763.5mcs
I've seen with my own eyes people's dorms having the stats that Arse said, 398/398. Lots of LB people had it; unfortunately I can't go back to SS because of upgrades to Level 11+. But I can verify that Arse is correct based on eyewitness accounts. Feel free to send a help ticket to ATA if you need verification on their end.
