    So hear me out right, right. I've been super emo and I did one of these threads before and it honestly did help.

    So what I want YOU to do is just share your ways you deal with stress of life and just distress in general.

    If you wanna no support because you're salty I hate you make sure that you do it in pretty colors.

  2. I play... video games. My therapist says I should broaden my search for more coping skills. So does my grandma, but I don’t listen. That helps me.
     
  3. When I get stressed, I go for a swim or rock the fùck outta a punching bag if it’s available in the gym. If I don’t feel like leaving the house, I write a little story or draw whatever is on my mind. If I don’t feel motivated to do those activities, I just put together possibilities of decent looking outfits that I haven’t wore.

  9. I’m a very stressed college student so here’s some ways I like to de stress ?‍♀️

    1. Talk to Justin, my rs 
    2. Furniture trade LOL, ya girls a lil furni hoarder ?
    3. Play games. This can range from phone games to switch games to card games. 
    4. Drink tea and binge Netflix. ?My current binge show is Glee huehue
    5. Play music. I’m a music minor so playing music is suuuuper calming.
    6. Take a hot shower and lowkey have a karaoke party in there :,)
    7. Cry.
     

  10. Is Justin for hire? Can I steal 1 and 6 and when Justin becomes a good friend throw him away because I hate letting people be my friend because I feel vulnerable

    • compilation videos of people hurting themselves
    • old vines
    • favorite comedians

  14. When my depression and stress gets very bad I sleep. Or I just find a good series and binge watch that. I tend to isolate myself when I am stressed and depressed. It's not the best way but if it's just me and myself I can concentrate on something I like or want to avoid getting more stressed.
     
  15. I've learnt to destress a lot, by telling myself, "I can't do anything in this situation, anyway. Just let nature do its course and I'll go with the flow. Overthinking won't do anything."

    Now my extreme moods are almost nonexistent.
