I know you said kràut is supposed to be an offensive word but it just reminds me of the food. If i were tryna offend a german person i would probs call them hìtler or smthing
It was offensive to German Americans. Was utilized during the World Wars especially. They even renamed sauerkràut "Victory Cabbage". I got called Hıtler and Nazı a lot in elementary school though. THAT made me cry.
yeah, i get that it was/(still is?) offensive. It just seems dated/foreign so it doesn't feel offensive is what i meant. Did you have a german accent when you were a kid? How'd they know?
Some word pronunciation was a little more German-sounding but I didn't have an accent really. I was also the type of kid that overshared a lot. "I can speak German!" during those icebreaker games type of thing.
Lock this mods u been askd enuf time u lock my shıt within mins but leave this for fùckn ages when the poster actul wants it done
This is so dumb. Etymology's cross-cultural. But would you mind telling me which culture, so I can verify that you're wrong?
Well in that case you can((('t))) ask your dad if it's always meant that or if maybe your culture thought that the word that literally means "cat" was never used to refer to cats by your people... Afro-Ameros just used the word how everyone else in America used it.
Was that casual racism intended or coincidental. Or do you just have some insider knowledge on jaco's family for some reason
?A bit of both, but I think claiming that African Americans don't know the meaning of the word "pùssy" is fundamentally racist.
