If you have to keep your main meals limited, try adding a little more. Even if it’s just more vegetables or something extra with some protein, like tofu. Also, eat more snacks if you can, and try to go for things like bananas or higher protein/calorie fruits. Apples are good and easy, but they’re not always the most nutritious!
True. If you’re going to eat meat and are wanting to stay more lean, salmon and chicken can be good for quick calories without it being heavy food or too much.
You seem to be doing the opposite of what you're supposed to, Body builders literally force food down just to counter their workout. About 8 or 9 meals a day is required for most but idk if that's the "Tier" you're going for, You should know your body better than most tho and you should know what you want. In summary, look at your intake and just add that sh¡t up, but everybody else prolly already said that?
Well, although I defo agree with them eating more since they are working out, theyre not wanting to build a bunch of muscle like a bodybuilder. They instead want to stay more lean, meaning they want the calories, but not excessive amount of protein that promotes that quick and massive muscle growth.
