When I was in soccer, I was told to eat carbohydrates to keep me energized because I was always tired (because I thought carbs were bad) I was running faster and lasted longer on the field after changing my diet.
Every religion acknowledges Noah and the great flood. There's evidence left from the water damage all around the world.
Actually, how do you even believe in cavemen if you think Adam and Eve are the first people? Genuinely curious. Because their family, according to the bible, were farmers. So there are no cave people
Like I’m Catholic but I know that somewhere along the lines, some of the people who were making copies of the original bibles were tweaking some of the stuff in there to hold power over people and royalty. Which is why some countries converted out of the religion.
Kids have a high metabolism, adults do not. You'll have way more energy without carbs in your life...you just gotta get past the initial slump your body feels for about a week until your body learns to burn fat instead of carbs
Carbs like pasta can be great for active people! If you’re burning the carbs quick, you don’t have to worry about your body holding excess fat instead of burning it because carbs burn so quickly when you’re active. Carbs are only bad when you’re not active and eat too many unhealthy carbs
@Wednesday, industrial farming is when carbs came into play. They didn't exist in large enough quantities before that to be maintained by a small family food plot
You've never seen a fat vegan? Hahahahahaha I have. You're doing your future self a large disservice. Your body will change with age in ways you'd never imagine
I don’t talk to my doctor like any sort of friend and am uncomfortable with that, so no. Your cholesterol, being a meat eater, could be considered low for you but still not where it should be. If your LDL cholestrol is higher than 100, which most meat eaters have it 140-240, it’s too high, though 130-140 is considered “low” for meat eaters because.. you’re adding to the natural cholesterol your body produces... meaning meat makes your cholesterol higher. ??♀️
Fat vegans exist but is mostly because of vegan junk foods and overindulgence. Calories matter no matter what diet you follow sadly
Over the past 2 centuries, the average height of humans has gone up 10inches. In just 2 centuries, we have observed this among many other physical and behaviorial traits changing. Can you not imagine how much humans have changed over many hundreds of centuries? Our understanding of the world and the way we interact with it is not the same as it was for the 'cavemen'. I sure hoped we have evolved to deal with our modern circumstances. x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x -Victoria Dorm Contest voting now open!
