  2. You’re ignoring pretty much all of what I said. Being a marine doesn’t give your husband credit to automatically know and do exactly what’s right for the body diet wise. Don’t discredit a diet when it can do good for an entire lifetime.
     
  3. When i smoked everyday I was able to eat 30+ ounces of food at a time. Once I ate a whole entenmanns pound cake without blinking. But I’ve never been over 120 lbs.
    I can eat whatever and gain almost no weight. Needless to say most of it is due to genetics, metabolism and digestive systems. I pretty much poop out everything I eat 2 hours later. Annoying coz I’m tryna get THICC
     
  4. Umm yeah, after 16 years of maintaining strict fitness standards he has a pretty good handle on what's right for the body.

    Vegan's are crazy. I just asked him, he has only worked with one vegan marine in the last 16 years. He says, it was a girl and she worked out twice as long as the rest of us everyday. It's not the best diet to maintain muscle.
     
  5. My brother is 230+lbs and he’s only 14 at 5’9. there was definitely a period of time in which I ate more than him on the daily and still weighed less.
    I know fat police officers(pigs ha) and buff vegans.
    Regardless none of this matters since we’re all going to die and when we do we wont’t even have a consciousness to regret our diet. :)
     
  6. We aren’t talking about diets best for maintain muscle. You mention keto as a way to lose a good amount of weight with a couple of benefits whenever I see it brought up. I mention vegan as a way to lose weight, maintain weight, and have handfuls of benefits.

    I’m a vegan because of my family having a long line of cancers and it can reverse those things. I’m vegan because I want to maintain or gain a small amount of weight and can eat without feeling guilty.

    I’m simply proving that you’re wrong in the whole “thEsE aRe VeGaNs” because there are body builder vegans. Doesn’t matter how long it takes to get those muscles, they have them. It’s simply proof that your media stereotype of vegan is false.

  8. What a mood! I use marijuana medically and even though it’s much less than the average joint and such, I still get cravings. I could eat a shit ton of ice cream every few days and maybe gain a couple of pounds but my bf would gain like 10 

  10. I said sweets are for birthdays and holidays. That had nothing to do with weight loss. You're just a crazy vegan. Your brain needs more protein
     
  11. Anyways, I’m done with this argument because I’ve already proven that keto isn’t good long term and proven that vegan doesn’t equal some scrawny twink. ??‍♀️

    I also monitor my intake quite strictly and already let you know protein isn’t actually that important, but go off.
