Hey guys

My fave memory was the day that my husband (back then boyfriend)
Ask me to marry him he took me down to our fave mexician restaurant he got down on one knee and ask me to marry him in front of the whole place I said yes. As he went to stand up he put all his weight on the table and it flipped over and he slipped landed on the next table and knocked over all there food. It was so funny however we did get barred and we laugh about it every anniversary
So that's my fave memory

Damn you gotta single me out cause I don't remember shít huh?

 

I jumped off a cliff last summer. Everyone gave me super detailed directions on how to land but i didn’t listen and ended up with a bruise covering the entire side of my thigh. My mom yelled at me for 20 minutes straight and then didn’t talk to me for two days because i’m “irresponsible” and “take stupid risks” lmao. 10/10 would do again

 

? The most unforgettable and favorite summer vacation is...... 3 days road trip from Laguna to Bohol (PH).. NO CHANGING CLOTHES AND BATHING.. NO HOTEL ROOM.. We need to drive so fast for the next ship!! It feels like that I'm having all around trip in the Philippines. ? It's kinda weird and eww but.. it's so fun.. ?

 

I was in Mexico and me and my friends were in a cave and to get out you had to crawl through these little holes....well I got stuck and we had to call the police to come help me 

This is probably gonna be pretty long and dumb sorry lol

So, the summer is usually the worst time of year for me. I have a kind of seasonal depression where it gets really bad during the summer because I isolate myself. The only person I talk to is my boyfriend and occasionally my parents/siblings when necessary, but even then I was almost always tucked away in my room not eating, barely sleeping or sleeping too much, watching videos, trying to keep my mind occupied. I’ve been like this for years, but this summer has been so much different.

I’ve been with my boyfriend since I was 15, we started dating on Valentine’s Day (ah yes, the cringe) so we’ve been dating for three years and four months. We’re lucky enough to go to the same school, though we have different classes and majors. Two months ago he wanted me to help him pick out his own apartment since he got a decent enough raise to survive on his own, but last month he asked me to move in with him!

It might be dumb, but moving in with him and getting to decorate the cute little apartment to make it our own is definitely my new favorite memory for the summer, even if it was pretty recent. I adore him and I love decorating, it was so fun. One of the best things I remember from the weekend of decorating would be the fact that I’m rather short, I’m not even 5’2 but I round up,,,, rip,,,,, and he’s over a foot taller than me at 6’4, so I could never paint all the way up the walls, he’d have to pick me up somehow because I’d pout and whine to him about how I wanted to paint a whole wall.

So, yeah, that’s my new favorite memory. Dumb and lovey, but oh well.

 

Okay this post is going to be a bit disguting but anyway it still was a funny and super awkward summer memory for me.

There was that summer where I went with my parents on holidays to Bulgaria. We were in a hotel and some of my parent's friend who came with us had a son.

Yes. It was kinda the summer crush y'know. We talked a lot together had fun, etc. There was that very hot day we were walking just on the side of the pool where he took me in his arms and threw himself with me in the pool. I was like "damn hehehe" grinning like an idiot.

The thing is I wasn't wearing a swimsuit. And there was a reason for that. I was on my period but he had no idea.
Once the mistake was made the water was getting a bit red around us...
I let you imagine his face haha.

THIS WAS THE WORST AND THE MOST FUNNY SH*T AT THE SAME TIME.

Living in a tropical country, everyday is summer for me

OMG HAI. IT’S YOU. tbh i’m not gonna participate in this, but i’ll just type this out because it’s good to “relive” good days. and also cuz it’s technically summer here all year so...
*ahem* moving on.
this was during one of my internship days in the hospital.
had this patient in his 70s who was super optimistic & cheerful despite him being in hospital. two days after his admission, he was fit to be discharged. before he left, he said bye to all of us and because i spoke the same language as him (aka chinese), he was telling me how being in the hospital was the best two days that he’s had.
basically, he has three kids - two sons & a daughter. both sons kicked him out of their houses and threw his belongings out. they’d also hit him (i’ve seen the scars). meanwhile his daughter was the only one that cares for him etc.
he said that he’s never gotten such care from anyone other than his daughter. and seeing us being so nice towards others & himself made him happy. he constantly thanked us & he said he’d miss us. lil ol’ me was gonna tear up but i held it in cuz i wasn’t gonna be weepy in the ward. ?
i was grateful to have made him happy despite his circumstances. that = making it one of my favourite “summer” memories.

tbh when my skin wasn’t melting off in Aus summer heat the funnest times were always at the creek, we tied some rope to a tree and made a swing one year to swing into the creek and it broke and this dude got pretty wrecked by it but it was a #classic moment when you think back on it
