Hm.. my mind is usually always in depressing thoughts especially when I’m at school but my hour of sadness or whatever you want to call it, is probably around late night 9-12 something like that. My mind wanders more when I’m just laying in bed so my mind starts to go to more depressing or sad thoughts

Listen to my music and read old poems that I wrote/look at my most recent graduation picture (2014) and remind myself of how far I have come in life and how lucky I am to be where I am. I also think about all the toxic people I have managed to keep at a distance from me... it’s humorous to laugh at how confused they are.
