Well... Now that I have your attention.... What are some things that you do to relax, chill, unwind/maintain mental stability? Have cup of coffee and read your favorite book? Take a hike and a look across the landscape? Viewing your favorite memes/tv shows? Going for a run/drive? Let us know... maybe some of us can discover new ways to channel our energy through using each others methods.
I love taking care of my hair, lately I've just been massaging oil into my scalp ? V soothing and also helps my hair grow.
Well... Every morning I try to get in some meditation time... Just a moment to simply unwind and clear my thoughts. If I ever feel especially anxious or nervous or wound up in general, I make some peppermint tea and wrap up in warm fuzzy blankets. I also enjoy being around nature, especially lakes. It's all just really relaxing. If that doesn't work, I call someone who I know can call me down or make me feel more positive Mad at you Chill, I wanted to make this thread lol

Play video games, drink coffee (duh?️), cuddle and watch YouTube or Netflix with my boyfriend, and go swimming (when it's nice enough).
I like using my crystals and singing bowls or watching asmr to relax. That’s right, I watch ASMR deal wItH iT. I don’t have many, I’m working on getting more, but I have a rose quartz, amethyst, citrine, fluorite, and chrysocolla crystals! Most of those are really good for stress relief and protection, so I like meditating with them if I have a bad moment, day, etc. or am overwhelmed/need to relax. The same pretty much goes with my singing bowls. With asmr, it’s a huge relaxer for me because I have APD, auditor processing disorder, (among with other things-) and can get really very easily overwhelmed. I can’t even listen to music or watch a video and hold a conversation with someone at the same time in many cases, or I have to completely tune one out. So it really helps to have specific noises or whispers to focus on!
