I’m honestly looking for new foods to feed my picky ass husband ? I swear the dude lives and breathes Tacos and Burgers. So help me out with some recipes ?
Pasketti. You need noodles, tomatoes, zucchini, onion, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, salt, pepper and sugar. Tada
let him starve until he learns not to be picky. or do the whole "you're not moving from this table until you finish your food" thing
What I like to do is pan fry veggies and meat, different sorts every day of the week and then rotate them next week. It's simple, easy to cook, and you use the same seasoning for all. Make sure to put a lid on the pan after throwing everything in there. It should take only about 25 minutes to cook.
Does he eat veggies? My bf refuses to eat most, it’s a pain. If so, there’s lots of stuff you could do with them, tbh. Just including them into meat focused recipes can make a huge difference.I would give actual recipes but I’m mostly plant based and wouldn’t help much. I hope you get some good recipes though!!
Ingredients: 1. Any sort of meat (preferably steak, shrimp, pre-cooked frozen chicken, etc) 2. Veggies (Spinach, Asparagus, Onions, Tomatoes, Etc) 3. Soy Sauce, Pepper, Garlic Salt, & Reg. Salt Directions: 1. Place meat in first 2. Add Seasoning & Soy sauce 3. Place lid & let it sit for 10 mins 4. Flip the meat & add veggies ontop 5. Place lid and let it sit for 10 mins or until fully cooked to how ya like it Tip: If the meat is sticking to the pan at step 4, add more soy sauce or half a cup of water P.s. Don't forget to make rice beforehand
1) find a chicken. 2) kill the chicken. 3) cook the chicken. 4) get rid of the bones. 5) mince the meat. 6) make dumplings out of those and steam cook them.
that might work... i read that cooking meals for yourself desensitizes you to the scent of the ingredients so it may not taste as good/potent (since smell/taste are connected senses). (it was about why foods prepared by someone else usually taste better.) maybe it would kind of desensitize him even to some food he is usually picky about?
