  1. If you’re going to lock my thread, you can at least comment on it and explain why it’s being locked.

These new mods aren’t as good as the old ones ?

  2. Locked.

  3. Maybe if you didnt make so many pointless threads, mods would take the time to explain why ?‍♀️

  4. Like there aren't other pointless threads in the forums...

  5. That’s what the entire off-topic section of the forum is for. Duh.

  6. TBH I've had threads locked for literally NO reason ? But yet and still WC is still running wild...this is all none of my business.

  7. Ssshh don't criticize the green beans or they'll bring judgment onto this thread too..

  8. Most of the threads are locked for derailing, others cuz they don't follow tou.. so mostly if ur threads are locked they would hv a reason..

  9. Since when is being off topic an offense?

  10. Copy and paste, cool.

  11. I like seeing the reason at the bottom of the thread. Helps me understand why the thread was locked (being a forums newb), so I'm always disappointed when there isn't one.

  12. Maybe they lock it when the reason is obvious? I mean, could be, yeah?

  13. In this case it's not that obvious.

  14. ^

  15. Why isn't this locked
Btw I think pimd themselves just come on and lock threads

  16. Yess

  17. it’s also a little unprofessional imo.
also, shouldn’t be warnings given to people derailing threads rather than just lock the whole thread? or at least BEFORE the thread is suddenly locked?

  18. A message should be posted alongside a lock to explain the reasoning behind it. Ideally, warnings should be given beforehand as well when it's being locked for derailment.
Some mods may not post when it's an obvious reason, but I haven't read your other thread yet so I don't want to make any assumptions.

Also if you feel the moderators aren't doing a good job, you can also drop Support a message about that.
At the end of the day, we just want to have a fun, safe and welcoming community that everyone can enjoy, and so does ATA, so it's important to express any concerns you have about how moderators are doing their 'job'.
Of course, they're more likely to listen if you have a good argument behind your claim.

Not to be that guy, but I'm gonna go ahead and lock this now because forums isn't the place to question a silence/ban/lock. It's best to contact Support if you think it was unjustified.

    Cheers ?
