  1. We should swear on the lives of our families or what's most precious to us in court.
The judicial system should not be tainted with lies in any form.
Swearing on the bible is a nullified snd redundant practice. We don't even believe in heaven, snd fear not going bc of a lie in court. We're smarter than that, and religion has lost its grasp on society.

  2. If you’re agonist or atheist you don’t swear on the bible they make you swear on something else (idk what)

All religious people swear on their holy book.

  3. Can someone answer my concern on the first page?

Seems like lots of people seem happy to leave this field up to the experts, and fear even asking their own questions or thinking on it for too long.

OP is encouraging curiosity and the asking of questions, in a dialogue that some may consider offensive, but is none the less beneficial.
Your "not my place" responses are actually the antithesis to OP, and are in protest of its beckoning of curiosity.

Sheep baa'ing at the sheep who speaks out to hush them, because they are afraid or unable to speak and see any issue, is all I see from those words. Timidity and submission, maybe out of respect, but more often fear.
You're right. It isn't any of your concern, until it is, and your actual views are pressed and tested.

    anyway.

Jaco, you strongly believe that the majority of homicides against trans people is due to them lying about what they have under the hood, or at least pretending to have something different.

It's been quite openly agreed to by most people that that information should be disclosed prior to any bedroom business.

But you think that it is an actual issue. I don't know if there is any data on this point, and I'd ask you to find data that supports your claim before accepting it fully.

and also I'd like to make the point that EVEN IF they lied about not having a johnson, that that wouldn't be reason enough for the courts to grant them a death penalty, and that it isn't right for someone to murder them prejudicially.

If "the victim" in your eyes? feel they have been seriously damaged, the court may refund the cost of dinner, and "any" medical fees for the emotional distress to be remedied.

Murder is a disgusting and antisocial behaviour, and those who do it so easily should probably be locked up for a long time or killed themselves, because murder is a far worse crime than catfishing someone.
but that's just relating to if lying is a main motivator.

You might like to consider the other unjust motives for murder against that minority as well, which will surely show up when you go searching for the statistics.

  4. Religion still means nothing today compared to what it did back in the day when affirmations were first made.
They should be made in actual serious collateral, with a degree of severity dependant on the charge being attested to.

  5. ... People are killing over being lied too. The harm is lives are in jeopardy and it's falsely accused of being a "hate crime." I honestly don't want to see nor hear about any more deaths cause of lies in general.

  6. I just feel like a lot of guys fall for them be cause they're used to manly looking females. And a virgin male can't tell a fake pùssy from a real pùssy. I'm not against anyone here. It's all so confusing a piqued my interest.

  7. I'm curious Jaco, why do you not think it's a hate crime? If they were lied to, and they kill the trans person who "lied" to them, isn't that out of hate? I don't think it's just "being lied to," there has to be an underlying reason as to why someone will kill over it.

  8. I'm not sure which side of the fence this lies on, but I don't think people have to prove who they are too people because it's really none of their business. I for example, don't have to announce what my sexuality is because it's no one's business, but mine. I also feel people should do what's comfortable to them not because it's what they think society wants from them. I for example, don't feel the need to wear heels, dresses/skirts, or make up to feel superior, sexy, or better than without. I wear these things because I feel like it and matches the style I want to wear to special event or for the day. I feel the same for men. There's not a need to be macho, in charge, or like cars/sports to be considered a man or masculine. Do what you feel makes you happy at the end of day because you have to prove/ explain anything to anyone.

  9. That's an assumption though. Most people in general don't care if someone is gay or trans as long as they aren't tryna do any funny business to them. If they murdered them just be cause they were trans, they would've murdered them just for getting their gender changed, not fo deceiving them. I hope that makes sense

  10. If someone who identifies as trans or another gender expression could explain in a detailed way so the numbskull could get it, that would be great. Otherwise, we're going round and round in a circle.

  11. I agree with op on this one.

  12. Okay... what you're saying honestly sounds a lot like victim blaming, even though I'm assuming you didn't mean for it to sound that way.

The simple truth is that this is not due to them not disclosing the fact that they're trans, at least not for the majority of the cases, probably. These killings happen because the 'killer' probably felt betrayed, disgusted and even 'tricked' by the trans person. So yeah, I would consider it to be a hate crime.

  13. Agreed.

  14. Is that an all 'western' countries thing or just UK? cuz that makes a lot more sense than making everyone swear on the bible

  15. just when i forget how much i hate y'all i get a reminder like this

  16. If you were born a man and change your gender to a female before flirting with a man... would you tell him that you were born a man before sexual intercourse?

  17. Just stop. It's been discussed a thousand times over. Not disclosing gender at birth does not make murder okay, regardless of morals.

  18. Lol, NOTHING makes murder okay. People still do it. I've stated this before. I'm not victim blaming. If you don't support rápe or deception, don't support lying to someone about your gender before sleeping with them. Consequences are often drastic. There's this universal occurrence that always happens. It's called cause and effect. There's also one called karma. History also repeats itself. Let's be adults now. You don't have to agree wit me, but explain to me what does someone gain at lying to someone in general... especially if they're putting their own life in jeopardy?

  19. I agree that a trans person should always make sure the other one is comfortable with them being trans. I don't think it justifies murder at all, nor that death is completely the effet. It's just a matter of respect.
You can't force people to accept the way you are. It sucks that they don't, but you can't force them by deceiving them.

  20. She kinda summarized my point...
