pretty sure they didnt get the idea from a nubby thread a couple days ago events and features are planned and coded far in advance. tis why it's dumb af for people to suggest valentines stuff a day before valentines day, xmas stuff a week before xmas, etc. it takes time.
Yeah it takes time. But when a quality idea like this comes around, they can kick up the speed of the project and cram it in just before the end of the event
