Go talk with your financial aid advisor, let em know whats up and see if they can help by adding extra loans or if they know any good scholarships tjat are available.

The fastest way to get 150$ is to ask your friends and family, they know you so they are more likely to lend you the money, than a buncha random people on a gaming app. Like for all we know dis could be a scam, plus 150$ isn't even much you could ask three different people you know to lend you 50$ each and whatnot.
