    In business u can earn Trillion Cash in 1 day but god knows when will u get another Trillion contract. It's Unpredictable
    &
    In job 100% guarantee That u will get your Salary every month..
    Buttttttt
    In job you've to Work
    &
    In business u don't. People will work for ya.

    Start-ups and businesses are high risk and high gain so it depends on your personality that what suits you.
