ASOS deliveries beware

  1. So I’m a super fan of ASOS I love their website and their next day delivery is lush.

    HOWEVER

DO NOT use their precise delivery option. I ordered £200 stuff and instructed that I wanted my package to come Saturday because everyone works within my house. So they obviously accepted my order and took my money.

Later on in the day I receive an email that my package is coming Friday ?. So I had to change it to Saturday as I didn’t want my package sitting outside and getting stolen. I discovered when calling DPD ASOS just slapped a next day delivery stamp on my package which is not the service I choose when placing my order ??. So now I had to wait until Monday to receive my package and now I missed a day of work because of it.

I tired to complain to their customer care and their snobby employees tried to say im at fault. Great complaint management am I right ? 
They tried to deny everything even tho my emails provide evidence I choose their precise delivery service.

So fair warning do not use their precise delivery option, it’s as reliable as a wet paper bag. Just stick it next day delivery ??

I thought I would warn others of this issue as I know a fair amount who will use ASOS for Christmas gifts ?

    Happy shopping ?
