Hi, this might be a rant so you can either find a more interesting thread, read what I've written or just post "TLR" because I don't blame you. I write long threads. Anyways, a few weeks ago, I got my 6 year award and I was kinda thrilled about it but not too particularly proud because, you know, six years. Sure, I've been inactive on this account but that doesn't mean I don't know what's going on. Besides that, I like the little bonus the 5 year award gives me. On to much more important matters, being a 6 year player isn't exactly a thing to boast about. Not only has time been wasted away on this game, but you get judged for it too. Not that I care anyway. Keep in mind I'm just speaking for myself and not for anyone other long time players. When I look in my friends list, I see a lot of inactive accounts, few would recognize. Like Blockey and Raven the bad influence or TheOneTrueSaint. And even VladimirPutin. I can't bother to clean them out because sentiments. BrotherMatt was the best. :') But enough about sentiments and reminiscence. I used to spend a lot on this game. Be it for name changes or speakers, I spent a lot. Easy 1k at least. Tbh, I don't know where I'm going with this anymore. I had a plan but its gone now. Anyways I stopped buying ec and whatnot after the umpteenth time I "quit" and come back. I accept my fate here so I'll stay awhile. Also, wasting my money here doesn't really grant me special privileges nor does not spending any at all. Sure, I could get items and whatnot but after 6 more years, what are they really gonna be worth when I'm not playing? hidden free Black furni boxes. Wall me. I'm not telling anyone to not spend or stop spending on pimd. Just know what you're really buying. As for forums, I'm lurking here and there. I've come to see what this years is like. And I gotta say, the players that make it worthwhile coming back is Kitten, Kefo, ChocolateThunder, James and Alicia. ? from the top of my head of course. May not be quality but the responses sure as hell are. Just gotta thank you for entertaining me. I don't know what else to write about, this thread is entirely terrible and won't stay too long on active topics and I won't be writing another. Probably. So, uh, don't do drugs. 100% agree. I not too long ago got my 5 year award, and tbh, instead of feeling proud I felt ashamed.
I know what u mean too, i got my 6yr award back in May n id be getn my 7yr on Jan 22 but my first acct was linkd to a email that got jackd back wen game was still new n i started over n lost 4 months, the games so different now, you cant keep up with ppl now if you dont spend alot on game or live in a cc club. Everytime you thing your getn closer to LCBC a new tier n dorms come out so you basically throw away everything you just did, ive already faced the favt ill nvr LCBC again like back in the day. I know ATA has to keep updating game to make there money but eventually new players wont start because the levels will be so high that itll look impossible n new money will stop coming into game. And for the noobs LCBC. Means Land Complete Build Complete, that used to be the goal in the game n not party prizes lol
