  2. A 10/10 dorm = all top-10, t100 or t250 items, as well as rare set items for the slots that have no top-tier items.

    Then all of these must be upgraded to the maximum level.

    If you're giving people a 7/10, their dorm better be 1/2 way to being all upgraded... And none of these 7/10 rating have that. Most don't even contain a 999ec item.

    If you don't have a 999ec item, you're definitely not higher than a 3.

    Guys rate properly. ? there is a perfect dorm to use as a base example for the 10/10 rating. Chill.

  3. 6/10 I'll use whatever scale I want to. That scale is everyone gets a 6/10 because it's 2017 and everything has to be equal
