Is there a difference between plant based diet & vegetarian/vegan? Are we just renaming the same things?
Vegetarians avoid eating animal flesh, but they might consume animal products like eggs, milk, etc. Veganism is a step forward, where people try and avoid consuming/using any animal product. This is what I know.
Plant based is same thing as vegan basically what I'm saying. What's all common between the 3 they don't eat meat/eggs.
Vegetarian don't eat animals fish and eggs. They only eat plants, roots, fruits and nuts. I think vegetarians don't drink alcohol.
Vegan Beers, Wines, and Hard Liquor are the only alcohol that they can drink. Since others may have animal products inside.
