By definition, Outspoken is an adjective. Here: "frank in stating one's opinions, especially if they are critical or controversial." (Google) How is being Outspoken an achievement? I never said it in a way that would make it seem honorable to be the most "Outspoken" country. You can't handle being wrong, so you attack an opinion.
