ATA has done charity events in the past for typhoon problems across the globe. This would be like that. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Avatars could be made in dedication to those who have been victimised by Cancer of all forms; and have these for sale where we pick our avatars. !!!The avatars and EC bought in that month- all the money gained, would go to the charity of choice; picked by the community over each app. Looking forward to feedback. i mean like breast cancer is one of the most easily treated and least fatal cancers in existence so idk why we're constantly raising money for that as opposed to like, things that actually desperately need the research, but maybe that's just me ?
My mother died coz of breast cancer.It's not that your comment hurts me.what does hurts is your lack of knowledge.1st thing is cancer can't be completely cured like ever but what doctors guarantee is that they will linger on the process or give a death with less pain.When cancer returns for the second time in any case it isn't guaranteed to be the same type.My mom had breast cancer and then she was cured but not actually the doctor did said that she has like 16-17 more years now and then after 4 years she got cancer in lungs and then it spread to bones and then brain and then she died in my arms.Do you even understand what you just said? you literally just admitted she didnt die of breast cancer and that it was controlled but ok. and while cancer can't be "cured" considering it's just a type of cell, you can be declared cancer free once the cancer is in compelte remission. after 5 years of complete remission, doctors refer to it as cured. do not tell me to educate myself when you don't even have a grasp on the subject at hand aside from watching one situation from the sidelines and assuming you understand all aspects. i have a dozen family members who've had cancer, including my father and all my grandparents, but i'm not going to start using anecdotal evidence to prove my point because that's not how this works. the fact remains that breast cancer is very easily treatable and very rarely fatal unless another form of cancer is involved, in which case it isn't the breast cancer itself that posed the threat, as in the case you just described. don't argue from emotion.
It's not about emotions it's about what you think of things as they are.Cancer is cancer no matter what type it is.And it is a curse to those who have to deal with it.

Just go and google the fact how frequently breast cancer turns into lung cancer and other types due to lymph nodes.Maybe you will realise what I am trying to say.Or just don't I don't need to proove anything to you.But the fact that your comment will hurt anyone who has gone through wipl remain there.Cancer is a curse and the day people start thinking that it isn't even dangerous is the day I would think humanity doesn't exist anymore and now I think it doesn't.
did i say it wasn't dangerous? no. i said the prioritization of breast cancer over other MORE dangerous forms of cancer and diseases is in itself dangerous. your lack of reading comprehension skills while trying to condescend at me are more a reflection on the state of "humanity" than my stating we should re-prioritize our research funding.
You didn't mentioned that the things you are referring to are other kinds of cancer or other diseases.Maybe it's the lack of my comprehension skills.Well but the next time you want to say something on a sensitive matter like this be clear enough and one more thing when you said cancer can be cured it really can't.Please go google it.You said i watched it in one case and it was from sidelines well it wasn't sidelines for me i did talk to doctors whole day and searched the entire internet.I talked to a number of doctors in every country possible.And all they said was no matter what you do we can treat it not cure it.Anyways I thought you were saying there are many more things worth research than breast cancer and it made me angry.I am sorry for lashing out on you.Didn't knew those things were cancer too.I never take things so literally but when it comes to this i do react this way.Anyway it's fault of both of us.You weren't clear enough and I shouldn't have lashed out.Have a good day.
