:/ it's another year of your life. What advice can one give a person on how to live their life? Just keep doing you until it doesn't work, then adapt.
Have a blast. Get to know as many people and experience as many things as possible, and stay focused on your long term goals. It was one of the easiest and most fun transitions of my life.
Don't do just what you want. Be determined. Study hard. Work hard. It is expensive, and academic suspension and probation is not pleasant. Your first semester counts more than you think. You will have the option to repeat only 4 classes, most likely. Use those wisely throughout those 4 years. Online classes will make or break you. College classes have field trips too, only you gotta pay for your own gasoline now. If you get hungry, usually campus will have a buffet on it after your last class for the day, go eat lunch there and stay there to do all your homework and eat dinner before you leave. 2 for the price of one. If you are like me, full time student, and employed full time it is going to be hard on you. Use SLUGBOOKS FOR TEXTBOOKS. I REPEAT. NEVER BUY FROM CAMPUS BOOKSTORE. They'll rob you. Don't double major, at least not freshman year. It will overwhelm you. Choose a stable major and a wild minor so you can have fun classes too. Most of all, enjoy it. You, honestly, won't enjoy most of it. So, find pleasure in the little bits of it that you can. Like 25 cent wings at BDubs on Tuesdays. It'll make your week. <3 Good luck, young grasshoppah.
