As the person above me said if you linked to Facebook or through ata you can regain access or possibly if you send through feedback as much info as you can on that account they can possibly help you to regain access to the account
If you are using the same device Android, then your account get automatically recovered. It works with my Redmi Mi1s. Although I don't have access to my linked Facebook now
What they've said. If the account is linked to fb or an ATA account it's as easy as logging in. If not, that would be tough and you should contact ATA with a ticket (via Help button) Locking this!
