Just take these advices

  1. Helloooo? Okay so this thread is dedicated to my dear insomniac friend, Erika. :lol: It took me 10 min to search up "faster ways to fall asleep". Why I did that? Cus (1) I was bored and (2) I'm bored.
    So here are some ways you could fall asleep faster, erm.. Hopefully? Wish this helps, Erika. ? Accept my love for you and how much effort I put in to search these ways up for you ? Hopefully, you fall asleep tonight. Or Not

    What am I doing with my life?

    #1 Try to force yourself to stay awake {been proven. The harder you try to sleep, the longer it will take you to fall asleep}

    #2 Get up and do something for 10 minutes {or don't}


    #3 Hide your clock
    {I don't how this helps but hey, just do it. LOL}

    #4 Cool your room {cool temperatures makes you fall asleep faster, IG}

    #5 Take a warm shower before bed {I knew taking a warm shower helps. Score point for me}

    #6 Wear socks to bed {LOL I hate wearing socks to bed. My feet get all itchy}

    #7 Immerse your face in very cold water for 30 seconds {Basically, freeze your face :lol:}


    #8 Use the “4-7-8” method



    How to do the "4-7-8":

    Place the tip of your tongue against the ridge of tissue just behind your upper front teeth, and keep it there through the entire exercise.

    Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.

    Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.

    Hold your breath for a count of seven.

    Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.

    Repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths

  2. When I drink bleach I fall asleep quick I suggest one cup only the body can only handle one cup of bleach anymore and you never waking up

    Sleep is good. You should sleep more, yourself, too. Sleep is not for the weak. And stop being SLEEPLESS. Spread the word now.

  12. I tell you how the hide the clock works: the more obsessed you are on how the time goes by and you're still awake, the less you can sleep. That's why the hiding clock part.
