  1. In this thread, I ask you one simple question.

What do you look for in a book? Whether it be as big as the plot, or as small as the blurb. Say it all!
You can put your favorite book here too if you want.

  2. I like to read books like newspapers
Just flick through and look at the pictures

  3. I've read a lot of books. And personally i don't have a fixed genre to read from. I try to read all sorts of books. Although i do have a soft corner for crime thrillers and fictions

  4. Green eggs and ham , that book changed my life ?

  5. I read many different genres, but I'd say my favorite is historical fiction. I particularly love reading about the Tudor reign in England.

So my favorite book is The Other Boleyn Girl.
Though the movie was terrible and if I was the author I'd sue for that crap.

  6. Adventure, suspense, mystery, some kills
So far only one I found was Harry potter plz tell me if you know more (oh and Sherlock Holmes)

  7. I approve.

  8. ?

  9. I'll read a few chapters and If I like it I'll continue reading that book. If not, I won't read it anymore.

  10. Psychological thrillers are my thing.
Sidney Sheldon and Philip Kerr are two of my fav authors. David Wiltse and Stephen White write some good stuff too.

  11. Same.

  12. Not only are There multiple of me, but she has a teddy bear corner for all of me.

  13. As long as it has a shade of grey.

  14. It has 49 shades.

  15. Captain underpants!!!!

  16. I don't have a favorite book.
I read a lot of genres.
My favorite would have to be books written about real life tragedies.
Such as wars, disease, fires, murders, biographies, and my favorite topic to read the Holocaust. ??

  17. I like books that grab your attention within the first few pages. I have my favorite authors of course and collect all their books. But I think the most important for me is the characters. Books that make the world around you disappear enough that when you reemerge from the story you're disappointed to have it end.
Which is why I prefer trilogies and series.

  18. When I get near the end I start reading slower.
And then I sit there and think about it. I've even been known to cry.

    I'm lame af :/

  19. No support
