  1. With a turnout of seventy-two percent of voters, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has voted to leave the European Union! Thank God! The Leave campaign garnered 17,410,742 votes; the Remain campaign garnered 16,141,241 votes.

God save Her Majesty the Queen!

  2. Nigel Farage is referring to this day as "Independence Day [for the United Kingdom]."

  3. Congrats! Break away from the bureaucrats. ?

  4. Bad day for Britain and bad day for Europe good day for facists and racists

  5. Wake up and smell the coffee

  6. Bad days for Britain and Europe .

  7. Good or bad day for UK only time will tell. Can't see that just because the majority of the U.K. Votes out can be described as racist.

U.K have a high concentration of all cultures and hey they all had there vote.

  8. I'm not saying people are racist I'm saying it's a good day for the racist. There's a difference.

There's been an increase in racist rhetoric on social media. The out vote has acted like redbull to them, the racist elements which were quietish before have suddenly found the bravado to become more vocal. Only time will tell if the vocalness turns into something more sinister or not.

  9. white 87.2%, black/African/Caribbean/black British 3%,
    Asian/Asian British: Indian 2.3%, Asian/Asian British: Pakistani 1.9%, mixed 2%,
    other 3.7% (2011 est.)

Would you say that shows a high concentration? Me thinks not

  10. yea, racists voted based on their racism and false preconceived notions abt what impact brexit will actually have...but just bcos ppl are claiming it will have an effect on immigrants and poc doesnt mean it will. the effect will be essentially purely economic, and ultimately positive. not now, ofc, but in the long run it was by far the best decision

  11. Watch Britains crash now.

  12. Actually Northern Ireland wanted to stay as well as Scotland 

  13. You are correct, as did London, but they are still part of one sovereign state- the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland- and the majority of the people from said state that voted said that said state should leave the European Union. Until the two constituent kingdoms you named secede from the state I named and the state I named is renamed, my statement is correct.

  14. I don't believe I said it was incorrect

  15. I never said you said it was incorrect, I said we were both correct.

  16. True but you stated that you're statement was correct, to which I'm adding I didn't say it wasn't

  17. Can someone explain to me how it's a great thing when your currency has hit an all time low? Sure it leads to cheaper goods being exported and it cost less to visit...but it would not kill your standard of living? Everything will cost more for those using the pound. I'm not British or European but just a curious by stander.

  18. In my view it's not “Great”. Tbh, Britian is gonna hit rock bottom with this decision it's people has made.

  19. glory day for UK
