China object India's entry into the nuclear suppliers group.

  1. Many reasons but mainly it is the common enemy both China and Pakistan see in India. Advantages of joining the 48 member powerful group are immense especially bringing India to nuclear mainstream & acceptance of India's nuclear status.India would become the first country outside Non Proliferation Treaty to become a member. This was possible only due to US giving India an exemption to conduct nuclear commerce with the rest of the world( other non -NPT states like Pakistan,South Sudan,N Korea,Israel dont have than exemption)

China is worried Pakistan will be left out.Once India enters the NSG, it will have power to thwart Pakistan's inclusion. China wants Pakistans inclusion along with India so that the parity of India-Pak is seen to the world and not India-China.(Pakistan is a global nuclear pariah, has the deadliest growth rate of arsenal which may endup with terrorists and non state actors which is why US doesnt grant it a NSG waiver) China also fears India's entry will allow India to increase her own nuclear arsenal which might pose a threat to China.China fears once India enters NSG,it will be recognized global nuclear power.

India already has various treaties with Australia,Canada,Russia etc with respect to nuclear commerce. It is matter of time before India joins NSG. NSG will discuss India's inclusion in June 2016.China has vowed to block the entry but India has other countries apart from US supporting it.Interesting times ahead.

  2. Wow no way

  3. LoL its just frustration of China .....all China made products are use and through and they are not at all durable .......whereas India made products are resilient and durable .....same with nuclear products

  4. Whoa, we get no international news in the US. It's all Trump this, Trump that. I feel so isolated and ignorant over here reading this whole thing. I knew there was other news happening in the world. I'm going to have to look this up. ?

  5. So is this leading towards World War 3 or what ?

  6. Mass destruction= good times ahead

  7. Fallout 4 irl

  8. India is in dire need of expanding its power supply capacity. The majority of it is expected to come from renewable resources;nuclear energy being one of them. The membership of NSG will ensure the above stated plan to a high extent.

First of all india would be able to fullfill its supply needs in terms of material, machinery, etc. from the members of the group. Secondly, india would also be sharing the most advanced technology in the field of nuclear sciences for the welfare of its citizens.

But the chances being a NSG member seems dull as the new member is elected if all the members affirm the motion;which is highly unlikely to happen as china and some other countries are definetly going to oppse india’s membership due to the known geopolitical differences.

  9. China sees India as a threat especially with its relationship with the USA becoming stronger each day....these are preparations for WW3 in 2018

  10. WORLD WAR 3 WOOOOOOO

  11. No chance. 3 reasons:

    1. Devastating costs.
A 3rd world war is likely to deteriorate into nuclear conflict; the initial aggressor being subjected to almost total destruction. There's no way to 'win'.

    2. Lack of capacity.
Compared to the global empires of the early 1900's, most countries have vastly limited war making capacity. e.g. At the start of WWII France had about 5 million troops, in 2012 they have about 350,000. Our capacity has shrunk because war makes less sense in modern times.

    3. Insufficient motivation.
The few nations with the power to instigate a war have no political will to do so. See how unpopular the US/UK governments became after their relatively meagre invasion of Iraq. Even semi-despots like Putin would struggle to incite their populace to war.

We're lucky, but the world has changed irrevocably after WWII and the Cold War. Future battles between countries are likely geographically contained and increasingly economical.

  12. COME ON WW3 MAKE IT HAPPEN! WANNA SEE SOMEONE GET NUKED.

  13. Fallout 5 confirmed?

  14. For someone who has been nuked to death by gandhi in civilisation V I can understand China on this call

  15. China is butthurt

  16. So is Mexico :(

  17. The NSG was founded in response to the Indian nuclear test in May 1974 and first met in November 1975. The test demonstrated that certain non-weapons specific nuclear technology could be readily turned to weapons development.

  18. But all the countries who are under the Nsg commerce have to agree then only can India be accepted as one
