Hypocat vs Spinner

When I rejoined this game about a month ago I got the 3 hypnocats. It's just super lucky to get. If you watch wc it will say "Holy Cats, so and so just got 3 hypnocats"

 

Ive won 3x cats and a kini same day then this week a cat...but before then all cash and munions

I know 2 people who won 3 hypnocats just last week. One of them saved up to 200 spins.

 

That person has a lot of will power. I can't save more than 20.

I myself, Have won 2 cats when i was a noob but other then that all i've won is mostly munions and cash. Free money! Yaaas 
I've also seen many that have won 3 cats while i have been playing PIMD, None that i know of atm though

I've seen Others win them. Only good thing I've gotten was 50ecs off the spinner. I hope someday I'll win a cat or kini off it.

 

I've noticed it's always the newer accounts that have better luck.

So Why Hypocat vs. Spinner ? are they in war ?

 

The only people I see actually win something is noobs ?? like everytime on WC cat and kini winners are not even 1kc like wtf
