  4. I reuse my things when I can, but binders after a few years of use binders are usually pretty beat up: rings don't work well, pockets torn...

  7. Yeah. I'm talking about binders that are still in really good condition. Good rings, good pockets, maybe the front is a bit scratched, but other than that they're fine.
