  1. ME. I hate it, I can see my surroundings but I am sleeping and there's always something wrong in the picture. Like when I am awake it's normal but in sleep paralysis it's like something is distorted in that place/room where I am sleeping. And I can't move and can't breathe normally. And my hearing becomes very sensitive.

I know it doesn't sound scary at all but the fact that not being able to move is scary enough because it feels like any minute if you still can't move then you won't be able to wake up from it.

  2. I've been in the same boat bruh.

  3. When this happened to me, I could hear breathing to my right side as well. And it happened 3 times in the same night.

  4. Me: i play while sleep.
Or is just an addiction to game?

  5. Yes! It sucks not being able to move but being aware. It's worse when you have weird demons and people start appearing. Hasn't happened to me in a while but when it does it can be terrifying.

  6. OMG THIS HAS HAPPEND TO YOU LOKI...WHY WASN'T I TOLD ?

  7. I have it but I just sleep it off

  8. Used to happen to me when i was little. I was very amused by the fact that i couldn't move.

Very fun for me by then.

Im sure that if it happens now i would be very aware of my senses.

  9. Isnt that the stage when we go to lucidity ??

  10. Noo, even though both lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis occur in a conscious state of being asleep, they're almost complete opposites. ?
Sleep paralysis is when you're mind wakes up before you're body and lucid dreaming is when you're aware that you're dreaming, enabling you to control parts of your dream. One of the connections is lucid dreaming is prone to induce sleep paralysis.

  11. Happen to me saterday morning i wish there was a way i could control it?Its scary not being able to move but my mind is working ?

  12. I have it all the time that's why I want to be cremated.

  13. Nick is right. Also, when an episode does occur, it is best to just embrace it. The more you struggle to fight out of it, the more chance of you being stuck in it longer. You cannot fight out of it.

  14. Yes it is

  15. It happened to me only once and it was the most terrifying thing ever

  16. I haven't, but once I felt like someone was holding me down on my chest and on my bed I could feel like the bed sinking in like someone else was on top of my and their knees were pushing into the bed. It was so freaky. This happened a few nights, apparently my dad also was praying outside of my room and he said the door opened and closed by itself :'(

  17. Freddy Krueger ?
