  1. Alright so i started a diet 3 days ago because I'm tryna get rid of some ***** t!t action I got going..I'm skinny and look alright but I carry some chest fat..I'm currently eating, grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, brown rice and broccoli..oh yeah and I work at subway so I get a free 6 inch sub every time I work, which helps me with my meal plan..anyways does anybody else have any ideas or recipes I can throw into my diet? Any serious reply would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Switch to vegan diet

  3. And don't eat potato!

  4. Bruh don't lose it, use it. Work out and pump up honey pecs.

  5. I'm too much of a man for a vegan diet.

  6. Eat lots of protein, cut down on the carbs. Maybe take out the bread from those sandwiches you get at work and just make them into a wrap with lettuce.

You're doing a great job by taking the first step to change your diet, but to get rid of the boobs you have to implement some exercise. Proper diet and regular exercise go a long way.

    Most importantly, stay hydrated.

  7. I agree with u on everything except cutting out the carbs,I'm a big believer in carbs for a proper diet

  8. No, you don't have to cut out carbs. I said you should cut down on them. You shouldn't eat that subway sandwich "bread-style" every single day. It'll just disrupt your progress and make it harder for you to burn fat.

  9. Plz advise a chubby Mexican boy :)

  10. haha you are crazy if you think I'm ditching the bread sweetcheaks

  11. You asked for advice, I gave it to you.

If you REALLY don't wanna lose the bread then at least have the bread scooped out. That way you aren't consuming the entirety of it and you're going to be more full on the veggies rather than the dough.

  12. Cutting carbs does work, but it's only a short term solution,I'm looking for a long term balanced diet plan

  13. It honestly just depends on how motivated you are and what you're willing to do. Sometimes, there are sacrifices you have to make lol. But everyone is different. I'm just telling you what my personal trainer told me because his advice was definitely helpful and I saw results. I hope you find a plan that works for you.

  14. I'm going to post two of my favorite meals which are really heathy but taste delicious. I'm just typing out ingredients and such.

  15. I think the carbs she is talking about are the unhealthy ones. You need carbs for energy but it shouldn't be more than the protein and vegetables. White bread and white rice are especially "dangerous" because they turn into sugar quickly and that turns into fat.

Sweet potato is really good though.

  16. lol bro I eat a lot of broccoli with my meals, lord knows my fat ass needs it to get full :)

  17. Meal #1
Chicken or beef kebabs. Add some bell peppers, onions, mushrooms (these ingredients are mostly for flavor though you can eat them cooked if you like them). You don't really need to season the kebabs with anything other than salt since you're letting it cook with other veggies. You can marinate the chicken/beef beforehand in a marinade of your choice, though I never do. Shred some cauliflower (to substitute rice - I promise it is actually really yummy and I prefer it over regular rice, though I don't actually like whole cauliflower). Add some steamed broccoli and you're done! I don't have any pics that I've taken of this but I'm sure you have an idea already.

    Meal #2
So you have grilled salmon which was previously marinated in a mixture of low-sodium soy sauce, squeezed orange juice, brown sugar, and a variety of other spices of which I keep changing because I like to try new flavors. If you know your way around the kitchen I suggest you play around with your own marinade. If not, there are some good ones online. THROW THAT BABY ON THE GRILL. I like my fish charred so I leave it there while I work on my other sides. Then you have beef seasoned with salt, thyme, pepper, nutmeg, and onion powder; fry it in a pan with a cover over it (a few mins on each side) before throwing it on the grill to keep it moist. Then you have sautéed mushrooms and spinach, along with fresh cucumbers and carrot slices. All on a bed of rice. Here's what it finally looks like. (Took me forever to plate it so I could post in on 3rd party) ;(

  18. Also, you'll need a lot of exercise to burn the carbs. I tried going one cup of rice a day only for 2 weeks and made sure my rice days were my exercise days and I would only eat it right after a workout when I was super hungry. Lost lots of weight during that time.

  19. Those all sound so good. 

  20. They're freaking delicious dude. Those sautéed mushrooms with the beef made me cry. I used white rice though, which is so unhealthy but it was totally worth it LOL
