In order to properly be vegan/vegetarian in a healthy way, you have to be able to afford all the replacement foods which are way over priced. Otherwise you'll just be eating tons of carbs which obviously isn't good for you.
Um, I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I don't eat a lot of meat, either. I like some types of meat -not all-, some A LOT! but at the same time, I've been never obsessed with meat and I can live without it for weeks. I'm more into pasta, tbh.
