I lay there and twist and turn for four hours until I fall asleep~ Lol. Unless there is those days when you fall asleep but you don't want to. :roll:
If you can't sleep, don't force it. Read a book or something and avoid screens because the light that screens emit just keeps you up longer and messes with your sleep cycle. I used to have a really difficult time sleeping because I would worry myself to sleep. I found that trying to focus on the present and on stuff you can deal with for that day helps.
With security cameras and alarms armed to protect me from you bums and a Ak 47 mossberg 500 and XD MOD2 9mm in arms reach.... Aka like a baby.
