Party wise, it doesn't matter. Although there are other reasons for each build. There's a thread out for that already.
It depends wether you plan on milking or partying.? Dancing (Intel) gives more plunder. But I'm guess you're going to be partying, so I suggest strength.
drop all stats. with the money you get you hire a bunch of low stat, high price tuts. preferably 0/0 stats. then join a rp club like every other perv at your stats. idk what your status has to do with getting more money from parties but if you think that matters, then you should make a better staus
