Since the new 'update' clearly wasn't a proper update, I was planning on not updating my pimd.... But then I noticed that it was using up tons of data unnecessarily, sometimes even if I only keep it open n not do anything. I remember this happened the last time too when the previous update came out. So,naturally i asked our great support team whats going on n they simply answered to update my pimd..duh. The thing is now after i updated it, it stopped consuming data mysteriously(yes the new update does use up more that all the previous versions. So is this some way to make us update to the next version...without actually forcing us to?? Has anyone experienced this or is it just me? ＼（〇_ｏ）／ I wud really luv to know why this uses up soo much data when all u have to do is tapp tapp...other apps with much more functions use much less data ... ###### *i did use a data monitoring app n another to block data access to all other apps other that pimd, so that i can b sure *yes, those of u with unlimited data don't need to bother uselfs with this post *not everyone uses WiFi... *all types of comments r welcome Have a nice day...
It does use a lot ove noticed that, between pimd and line. Im using about $100 extra of my allowed internet usage for my plan. My assumption is theres a lot of info comeing in and out of the server. But many games have thay as well
My plan is 60$ with 1.5gb of data. Im using around 5-6gb a month, as i said line contributes to it a lot as well.
Getting an unlimited plan is best but why the hell does pimd need soo much data...makes u wonder rite..(steals our personal stuff, spy on us.... Lol)
Make sure that download ads on data box is ticked off. Most of us probably remember the spinner launch. Those ads can absolutely destroy your usage
Between a lotttttttttt of pimd and line each day, I only use around 100mb a day. Not sure what you all are on about
Like i said, the data usage came down once i updated . B4 updating it was using up 1mb in like 2/3 sec n so on...
