I love Christmas because I get to spend time with family I don't usually see. Also, this year I'm going to see my dad and maybe I'll get the nerve up to say how I feel about his lack of parenting throughout the years. But overall, I love spending time with the majority of people and hearing family stories and baking everything from scratch. I don't even mind the weight gain.
The atmosphere gets me every time. I love staying up till 12am and wishing everyone right on time, I love waking up in the morning to the smell of Christmas cookies, I love dressing up with my family and everyone to go out for dinner, I love how everyone bonds over the Christmas dinner and last but not the least, I love how everyone gathers after dinner to open the presents together while blasting Christmas Carols. This is how it goes every year for my family without fail, this is why I love Christmas. ☃
I love how it's one of the two times I get to see all my family in a year. We all meet up and it's great because my family is from all across the country. It's nice being able to see everyone
I like Christmas trees and presents, driving around when it's dark to see everyone's Christmas decorations, and seeing my siblings actually act like well mannered and grateful children for one day
Ugly Christmas Sweaters. For just a little while you can wear something so completely ugly, and yet, still be in fashion and jolly. Not to mention, how kids snicker when stories mention a "gay Christmas". So yeah, ugly stuff and immaturity, best part about Christmas.
Aww it's so kind of you to do this ? What I like most about Christmas... probably spending time with my family, but especially my sister. You don't really know how it feels to be separated until it happens I suppose. She's coming home tonight and staying for the holidays before leaving again, so Christmas will be even more exciting this year. Not to mention the holiday spirit itself makes you feel good inside ? Everyone is cheery and enjoying spending time with their family, so overall, the atmosphere is amazing. ❄️
What I like most about Christmas is it's the only time of year when I see my family. I love it during the dinner everyone sits down and talks about their year. Especially my little cousin Taylor I don't get to see him often but I adore him. I also love giving presents.

I love the lights. I didn't know for a long time that I needed glasses, so the beauty of a lot of things like mountains, waterfalls, and such were lost on me. But I always loved looking at Christmas lights because I didn't need glasses to be able to enjoy all the colors and patterns. I would always look forward to seeing them every year, and still do. Don't get me wrong, I love the good will towards all idea and all that, but I think there's something to be said about the little things.
