  1. If you have time...

Assuming you're on PIMD, you probably have time  Then again, maybe PIMD holds some significance to you that no one is aware of.

Regardless, when you all do have time to spare, read a poem or two. (hint:maybe skipping an unload to read a poem... o wait we're in a hunt and unloads are lyke the most important thing evah)

I started out reading How To Get the Girl by Becca or LittleLionBecca and slowly drifted to all the other ones she has written. You all should definitely read one or two just to see if you like them. I've never been up for analyzing poems, but this one hits you right in the feels 

I know some people will find it ridiculous and a waste of time, but that's okay. You do you. This is just for those people who may want to read a little something.

With that said, I'd love to hear your opinion on them if you do read one or two 

And just for you Carolyn bb, I added bb coding  ilysm ️
Also read the one bae founddd by Tessie Berry - Will You Love Me When I'm Old k? k.

  2. Thanks for the mention, love. And I approve of the bb codes ?

Also, here's a little snippit of "How to Get the Girl" that I thought was the most true:

"Because dating today is nonexistent. We don’t dress up in nice clothes and take each other to fancy dinners. We don’t take walks around the park or buy each other ice cream cones before going to see that awesome new movie that just came out. We don’t make commitments. And we only make promises just to see how burned the other person will be once they break.

    We don’t date."

Everyone should really at least take the time to read that first entry by Becca Tremmel. It's truly amazing.

  3. I actually do this. And this is someone I'm not even dating. We dress up and have nice dinners and drinks afterwards.  Asked her out and made sure to do it straight up. I was a mess. She was very nice about it but declined but we'll still hang out.

  4. Rap lyrics are poetry so yeah I read poems all the time

  5. Where the sidewalk ends will always be #1 bb

  6. I read all sorts of things quite often. And I agree, no one dates anymore. Sad really. I'm older and honestly, only been on a couple actual dates. Its a lost art I suppose. With all the hook ups and crap going on these days, I guess there's no point.

  7. I guess people are more afraid of getting hurt and they don't know how to deal with the pain? Technology provides us with a cop out method where we can hide behind screens and stuff but to actually sit there with the person and say your feelings is something else.

People back then didn't have the technology and were more or less forced into "actual" dating but hook ups were a thing even then.

So I guess ultimately it's a choice of whether you believe it is worth risking yourself or not.

  8. I dunno, in a sense, it just seems easier in person. Though it may be awkward or you fear it, at least there isn't any screenshotting and posting on social media. In addition, you can never tell if the person truly means what they are saying or if it's just a joke they're playing via text/online/etc.

  11. I agree. I'm the type that is Really Quiet in real Life but When it Comes to Media and My Life on the Internet I just Seem so much more Comfortable to Say Stuff I Normally wouldn't say Face to Face??

  12. o hi ? go swim in my lake of tears k

  13. Wait what. LOL I date. Dating is how almost all of my relationships started. I guess it depends on the person.

Now people consider Netflix and chill as dating.

  14. Depends on the person. Sometimes, they don't wanna be mean to your face so they try to be super nice and give you the harder news online or on text because some people articulate better when they write, I guess?

  15. Same but, I Netflix and chill with everyone, except I literally just chill ?

  16. Could also be that television shows, loud activists, and mainstream media outlets encourage provocative clothing, screwing around, and other like behaviors that we see and would have in the past found repugnant.
Edit: This is in regards to why "wining and dining" dating doesn't happen, rather than why people act a certain way in person vs through a device.

  17. So do I, but I wouldn't consider it as a date. Like that's something I would do with someone I'm already involved with, real chilling or not. LOL

  18. Support

But anyways, I dress up and take my wife out for dinners
