haku namatata, it's a wonderful phrase, haku namatata, ain't no laughing craze, it means no worries, for the rest of your days?
Happy Hanukkah/Chanukka! However, in actuality, it's not a very important religious holiday. It holds far less religious significance than Rosh Hashanah. Plus, most people only remember it because it's close to Christmas and it's very awkward when someone says Merry Christmas to someone only to realize they're Jewish...
To many it is a important holiday, like to me. My whole hall realized that I was Jewish during a hall meeting and from there on helped me to cope being alone and celebrated with me.My whole hall decorated for me today to make me smile. My friends put a banner over my door, they decorated the hall bathroom and even put a present at my door for me to come home to. The holiday is important and thankfully my friends were sweet enough to help me out.
Lag ba'omer has always been my favourite. But tbh they're all as important as eachother. For me Channukah is about celebrating the bottlenecks in survival. The tough times and how every time it is a miracle to have survived. And how it is always so crucial to our current position. Remember every ordeal and let the lessons that could be learnt, be learnt.
